Insights from Successes and Failures in Urban Energy Transitions
WP2 focuses on learning from both the successes and failures of energy transition projects in disadvantaged neighborhoods within urban regeneration.
The work aims to explore the risks of inequity and the positive outcomes associated with these projects, along with the factors driving them.
Tasks
- T2.1: Selection of 8-9 implementation project cases in different types of disadvantaged neighbourhoods
- T2.2 For each of them, identification of positive/negative impacts and potential drivers, with a focus on equity issues through the use of the Capability Approach framework. This will be done through interviews with key stakeholders
Deliverables
- D2.1 List of implementation project cases and their key features
- D2.2. Report on successes and failures in energy transition led by regeneration projects in disadvantaged neighbourhoods in the three country cases and their potential drivers
Milestones
- M2.1 Identification of pilot cases to be studied
