WP6 focuses on communicating and disseminating project results to a wide range of audiences, including international bodies, policymakers, the scientific community, and the general public.
This work package emphasizes stakeholder engagement, ensuring the project is developed through an open and participatory process. It includes defining a tailored communication and dissemination strategy and creating a Dissemination Committee to oversee activities.
The work will proceed in several tasks: defining the stakeholder engagement plan, creating a communication strategy with various time horizons, launching a project website and social media accounts, developing a policy advocacy strategy to engage policymakers, and organizing dissemination events such as conferences and tailored events for specific target groups. Additionally, scientific results will be presented in conferences and journals.
Key deliverables include a Stakeholder Engagement Plan, Communication Strategy, Position Paper, and scientific publications.
Milestones include the establishment of the Dissemination Committee and the setup of the project website and social media with the project’s visual identity.
