Communicating results and engaging stakeholders for impact
WP6 will make project results available for use and uptake by target audiences and stakeholders at different levels (international bodies, National and International Associations, scientific community, policy makers, etc) as well as by the general public.
Since the project as a whole will be developed through an open, transparent, and participatory process with strong stakeholder engagement throughout all activities, this WP will also take care of the development of the overall stakeholder engagement plan.
A tailored communication and dissemination strategy will be defined based on this. A Dissemination Committee (DC) will be established to oversee dissemination; it will be constituted of one representative from each partner, which will also act as gateway to the each partner’s networks in the promotion and dissemination of project activities.
Taskes
- T6.1 Definition of the stakeholder engagement plan
- T6.2 Definition of the Communication Strategy. The communication strategy will have different time horizons (short, medium and long term) and define key target audience, communication steps, channels and timing
- T6.3 Creation of a project website and social media accounts with a tailor-made visual identity of the project (a logo accompanied by a payoff)
- T6.4 Definition of the Policy Advocacy Strategy:
- This will focus on the creation of direct channels of communication with policy-makers at the International, National and Regional level, also through synergies with the DUT community.
- A position paper will be prepared with project results to stimulate discussion and debate on the potential and risks of urban regeneration strategies in disadvantaged neighbourhoods for just energy transition as well as concrete proposal for PED solutions; translation will be done in local languages
- T6.5 Organisation of Dissemination Events, to present results achieved and cross-fertilisation. These include:
- Three conferences (in combination with M7.3)
- Tailor made events for target groups, information materials for the general public
- T6.6 Presentation of scientific results in International/National conferences and in scientific journals.
