WP7 focuses on ensuring the smooth and successful implementation of the project through a well-defined Coordination and Management Structure (COM).
This structure includes a Steering Committee (SC) responsible for overseeing strategic decisions, quality monitoring, risk management, and dissemination, along with Work Package Leaders (WPL) to guide specific tasks.
The activities are divided into three tasks: technical and scientific management, administrative and financial management, and quality monitoring and risk assessment.
Deliverables include the Project Management Plan and periodic reports.
Milestones include setting up the COM, holding a kick-off meeting, organizing three general project meetings (one in each country), and conducting regular online meetings for partners and the Steering Committee.
