Coordinating activities and ensuring effective project management
WP7 focuses on ensuring the smooth and successful implementation of the project through a well-defined Coordination and Management Structure (COM).
This structure includes a Steering Committee (SC) responsible for overseeing strategic decisions, quality monitoring, risk management, and dissemination, along with Work Package Leaders (WPL) to guide specific tasks.

- M7.4 Partners’ meeting online (every six months);
- M7.5 SC Quarterly meetings (online).
